If you’re here, it’s probably because you’re ready to make some changes in your life. Maybe you’re struggling to form deep and meaningful relationships. Maybe you’re tired of constantly making to-do lists but never finishing them. Or maybe you’re tired of being plagued by indecision and self-doubt. As a licensed professional counselor, I’ll help you let go of perfectionism, people pleasing and other related anxieties.
I’m a perfectionist therapist who loves working with high achievers, anxious college students and overwhelmed adults. I started this practice because I was tired of therapy spaces that were sterile, cold and desperately lacking in any personality. I believe therapy is the best gift you can give yourself. You are worth the time, effort and investment.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a structured and action-oriented approach to therapy designed to help you develop a healthier outlook. CBT is effective in identifying triggers and managing stress. After CBT, you can feel less anxious and relaxed in your daily life.
Psychotherapy
Commonly referred to as talk therapy, this counseling approach helps people uncover meanings and motifs behind the way they think and feel.
